b. Prices may be subject to change after providing advance information to buyers.
c. Payment must be made in full before production and shipment of the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Delivery charges and timescales will vary depending on the destination and order size.
b. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Returns and Exchanges
a. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items and must be reported within a specified period after receipt.
b. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.
