Kriti Craft Pvt. Ltd is a leading manufacturing company in Nepal that makes and sells (export) all kinds of handmade felt products like felt shoes, laundry dryer balls, Christmas ornaments, felt home decor, garlands, cat caves, dog beds, keyrings, crafts supplies, and others.

              Note: Small flaws don’t count as defects because many of our products are handmade.

  • When Items are damaged in Shipping: If your package looks damaged or different from what you ordered, check it before accepting it. If it’s wrong, don’t accept it or write a note about the problem when you do. We can ask the delivery company for a refund for you. Most of the time, there’s no problem with our shipments.
